The software should fit the business. Not the other way round.
We build the client system into your website and portal instead of bolting one alongside them—so the enquiry, the deal, the delivery and the renewal all live on one record that you own.
You get an operating view. They get a calm one.
The same records, presented differently to each audience. Your team sees the commercial picture and the work queue; your client sees progress, what needs them, and what they are paying for—and nothing else.

Interface shown is illustrative. Every build is shaped to the business it is for—the modules, the stages and the language all change.
From a customer story split across five tools to one record that spans the whole relationship.
Nobody can see the whole customer
Enquiries sit in an inbox, the deal lives in a spreadsheet, delivery happens over email and the invoice is somewhere else. Answering “what has actually happened with this client” means opening four tools and trusting memory for the rest.
First enquiry to renewal, in one place
Every enquiry, quote, project, request and renewal attaches to the same client record. You see the commercial and delivery picture together, and your client sees the part that concerns them.
Model the business you actually run, then build only that.
Most CRM projects fail by installing someone else’s idea of your workflow. We start from how the work moves today and build the smallest system that holds it.
- 01
Map
Sit down with how enquiries arrive, who owns what, where a deal stalls and which records people genuinely need. Document the workflow before naming any software.
- 02
Model
Design the data structure around that workflow—clients, deals, projects, requests, renewals—so the system fits the business rather than the reverse.
- 03
Build
Deliver in shippable phases. The first phase solves a real loss on its own; each later phase adds capability without a rebuild.
- 04
Hand over
Document the schema, the workflows and the operating routine, so the system is maintainable by someone other than us.
A system that holds the relationship, not just the contacts.
- Workflow discovery and written model
- Client and contact records
- Enquiry capture from your website
- Deal pipeline with stages and values
- Project and delivery tracking
- Client-facing portal access
- Task and follow-up scheduling
- Account health and renewal signals
- Role-based access and audit trail
- Documented schema and handover
Your workflow, your database.
Your data, permanently.
- The database is hosted under your account, not ours
- Every table is exportable and the schema is documented
- Access is role-based, and record changes are logged
- Each build phase leaves a working system, never a half-finished one
- No feature ships because the software could, only because the business needs it
Custom scope
Priced from a written discovery brief, because a two-person studio and a twelve-person operation need genuinely different systems. You receive a phased proposal with a fixed price per phase before any commitment—no open-ended hourly work.
Best for an established business whose process has outgrown spreadsheets and shared inboxes, and who would rather own a system that fits than rent one that almost does.

Why build one instead of using an off-the-shelf CRM?
Usually you should not. If a standard platform fits how you already work, buy it—we will integrate it. A custom build earns its cost when the business has a real workflow that generic software forces you to distort, or when the customer record needs to live in the same place as the work you deliver.
Do we own the data?
Yes. The database is yours, hosted under your account. You can export every table at any time, and the schema is documented rather than hidden. If we stop working together, the system keeps running and another developer can pick it up.
We already use a CRM. Is this a replacement?
Not necessarily. Where an existing CRM is working, we integrate rather than create a second source of truth. Replacement is only worth discussing when the current tool is actively costing time or holding data nobody can get at.
How long does it take?
A first useful phase is usually live within a few weeks; a full platform is scoped in stages over a longer period. We build in shippable phases on purpose, so you are using something real early rather than waiting for one large launch.
What happens to the work if we pause?
Each phase is complete on its own. Pausing after any phase leaves you with a working system rather than a half-finished one, and the documentation and database go with you.
