The useful answer belongs before the sales call.
Pricing, ownership, timing, visibility and limitations—stated plainly enough to decide whether a conversation is worth having.
Plans and ownership
4 questionsWhat does a small-business website cost?
Essential, Business and Business Pro setup and monthly prices are published on the pricing page. Add-ons and third-party costs are shown separately, and the final scope is confirmed in writing before payment.
Why is there a monthly care plan?
A website continues to need hosting, security maintenance, backups, observation and content changes after launch. The care plan gives that work a named owner.
Can I leave?
After the applicable initial term, the service can end under the notice provisions in the signed agreement. Domain ownership, site materials and access are handled through the documented offboarding process.
Who owns the domain and content?
The client keeps ownership of the domain and client-provided content. Any third-party licensing or platform limitations are identified in the written agreement.
Visibility and claims
3 questionsCan you guarantee a search ranking?
No. Search results vary by query, location, competition and platform changes. Reimagine guarantees the agreed work and honest reporting, not a position controlled by another company.
Will an AI assistant recommend my business?
It may or may not. We can improve the clarity, consistency and sourceability of public information and record sampled outputs, but no outside provider controls generated recommendations.
How quickly does local visibility improve?
Corrections may be reflected quickly, while reputation and content work usually compound over time. The starting condition and competition make a universal timeline misleading.
Delivery and operation
4 questionsHow long does a website take?
Eligible Essential and Business scopes target fourteen working days after required content, access and feedback are available. Complex work receives a written schedule.
Can a redesign hurt existing visibility?
Yes. URL, content, internal-link and metadata changes can remove existing signals. Established sites are baselined, mapped and verified as migrations.
What counts as a content edit?
The specific allowance and boundaries appear in the selected plan and service agreement. New pages, redesigns, integrations and features are scoped separately.
What happens when something breaks?
The applicable warranty and care-plan terms control. Reimagine maintains backups and a recovery path, but no website or provider can promise uninterrupted operation.
Trust and accessibility
3 questionsWho does the work?
The Reimagine Web Design Team remains accountable for the engagement. Any specialist support is scoped clearly, and responsibility stays with Reimagine.
Where are the case studies?
Reimagine is a new studio and does not fabricate a portfolio. The Work page publishes inspectable studio evidence and an honest empty state until an attributable client case study is approved.
Is every website legally compliant?
No provider can guarantee universal legal compliance. Reimagine uses WCAG-oriented accessible practices and manual checks to reduce barriers, while content and legal obligations continue after launch.
Ask the question exactly as you mean it.
If Reimagine is not the useful answer, the reply should still help you make the next decision.
