What's actually included in a care plan?
Every plan includes managed hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups plus independent off-platform copies, security patching and malware monitoring, 24/7 uptime checks, your monthly content edits, and a plain-English report showing what we did. You email us when something needs changing; we ship it.
What it doesn't include
- New pages, redesigns or new features — quoted separately, in advance, in writing
- Paid advertising spend (we don't run ads; we make sure you don't need to)
