How work moves

A short process with visible decisions.

The timeline is controlled because the project has gates: direction, composition, build, verification and operation. You always know what is waiting on Reimagine, what is waiting on you and what happens next.

The delivery map

Five stages. No invisible middle.

The portal records project stages, work items, files, decisions and launch readiness while the customer view stays focused on required actions.

  1. 01

    Direction

Audience, offer, hierarchy, content inputs and success conditions.

    Client approves the written direction.
  2. 02

    Composition

Desktop and mobile visual direction around real content.

    Client returns one consolidated review.
  3. 03

    Build

Responsive implementation, forms, metadata and integrations.

Reimagine owns production and internal checks.
  4. 04

    Launch control

Domains, redirects, forms, accessibility, backups and monitoring verified.

Both sides approve the launch gate.
  5. 05

    Operation

Care plan, reporting, updates and improvement after launch.

The website receives a named ongoing owner.
The client side

Good work still needs real inputs.

The delivery target depends on access and decisions arriving when agreed. The clock pauses when a required input is outstanding; that rule is stated before kickoff.

Day-one material
  • Logo and available brand assets
  • Real photography and existing content
  • Domain and platform access
  • Accurate service and business information
Decision standard
  • One responsible approver
  • Consolidated feedback
  • Claims verified before publication
  • Approval recorded at each gate
Before “live”

Launch is an acceptance decision.

A visual approval is necessary, but it is not enough. The operational controls must pass too.

01

Customer path

Primary actions, forms and responsive behavior work on real devices.

02

Access and ownership

Domain, hosting, accounts and responsible owners are documented.

03

Search continuity

Metadata, canonicals, structured data and redirects are verified where applicable.

04

Recovery

Backups are confirmed and a rollback route exists for the release.

05

Accessibility

Keyboard, focus, contrast, landmarks and reduced motion are checked.

06

Observation

Availability checks and the post-launch review window are active.

After launch

We stay—or we hand over cleanly.

Care plans keep the system actively operated. If the relationship ends after the applicable term, domain ownership, site materials and documented access follow the written handoff procedure.

Process questions

Before kickoff.

How long does a standard website take?

Eligible Essential and Business builds target fourteen working days after required content, access and feedback are available. The clock pauses while required client inputs are outstanding.

What do you need from me?

A focused kickoff, accurate business information, existing brand and content materials, domain or platform access, and consolidated decisions at the agreed review gates.

What if the direction is not right?

Direction and composition are reviewed before full implementation. Included revision rounds and escalation expectations are stated in the written scope.

What happens after launch?

The care plan begins: managed hosting, security maintenance, backups, availability checks, reporting and plan-based content changes.

Who is accountable?

The Reimagine Web Design Team remains accountable for the engagement. Specialist support may be used where scoped, but responsibility stays with Reimagine.
